I had spent some hours to
- get a list of all Windows for each monitor
- get the topmost Window for each Monitor.

but I had no success.

Do you already have a solution for any or both of those two problems?

I thought that I ask before spending the next some hours

My intention is to make all Windows transparent which are not on the topmost position.
