When I'm sitting on my couch I have only the TV switched on, with the displays switched off. I may need to configure the monitor configuration to make the TV my main display (for games to appear on it). When I make changes the confirmation dialogs sometimes do not appear on the TV screen (where the monitor configuration dialog is shown).

As the dialog is usually on the screen the user is viewing (or can see at all) any confirmation (or other dialogs) related to it should be shown on the same screen.
