I'm getting very frustrated with all the small but very noticeable differences between them.

Icon sizes, padding, etc are all way off.

Is something wrong with my setup, or is this normal?

I'm hoping I can do something about it because I love being able to pin stuff to my 2nd monitor, but I cannot bear these small things.

edit: I've also tried rescaling the start button, I got it to more appropriate looking size, but now the position is way off: https://i.imgur.com/F77PjNa.png

If it matters:
Win10 Pro x64 v1809, using small taskbar option in Windows.
