If it helps to get it implemented, when I've seen this working one monitor displays the screen saver as it should while the secondary monitor shows a "preview" version of the screen saver.  The preview version is the same as the one that gets shown in the screen saver selection window, they just blow it up to full size somehow. I only notice this since this creates problems for certain screen savers that don't generate accurate previews.  Doing this would kind of copy Ultramon, but it would be nice to get full multimon support.
