  • Install Window Inspector: https://www.binaryfortress.com/WindowInspector/
  • Open Window Inspector
  • Start a print job, then hover over that dialog with the mouse cursor, its info should show in Window Inspector after a few seconds
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + F2 to save the window info
  • Attach the info here
