If two monitors are the same scaling level, but different physical sizes and/or resolutions, the window will look like it's a different size, because of the different physical "pixels per inch" of the display.

If two monitors are different scaling levels, then Windows will rescale the window when you move it.

I have 34" (3440x1440), a 27" (2560x1440) and a 17" (3840x2160) monitors. The 15" is scalled 250% and when I move windows to the 17" they don't appear to be sized proportionally. Also, how is screen width taken into account? ]]>
