Somehow IObit had installed its product "Start Menu 8" on my computer without my knowledge (I have another IObit product, SystemCare, installed, but had no idea about this Start Menu program.

I'm using DF Pro, latest version (7.3.1) on a Win 8.1 machine with ClassicShell. When I click on the Start Button on the secondary monitor, the start menu opens up only over on the main monitor. I've reviewed prior posts relating to this issue, and I've tried everything I've seen in those. Clicking on the start button repeatedly on the secondary monitor always opens the start menu only over on the main monitor (with some prior posts, this varied with subsequent clicks). I've tried changing both of the Advanced settings for Alternate start menus will be processed/ignored and Invoke start menu using click, but those settings had no impact whatsoever. I've tried toggling the Launch start menu shortcuts on current monitor setting with no impact. I've tried checking the Windows task bar setting on the Navigation tab to Show Start on the display I'm using to no avail.

So, I've pretty much tried every prior suggestion that I could find on this issue, and nothing has fixed it. ]]>
