One way to work around it would be to save the window positions before changing profiles, then restore them after the change. Just assign key combinations to the 'Save/Restore Window Positions' functions on the Settings > Functions tab to test it out.

If it works, we may be able to script it all into one function as well, so just keep me posted

When I switch between profiles it moves all my windows from my main display to my secondary display. Is there a way to stop the app from doing this?
