Just to follow up...
I was finally able to figure out what was happening (but not really why). I was typing a rather lengthy email, so I was focusing on my laptop screen, and the flicker happened multiple times. I noticed that the laptop's battery indicator flashed red as the flicker occurred. So my guess is that it is temporarily switching over to battery power for some reason, and that is causing the monitor to flicker.

Thanks again for all of your help in trying to get to the root of the problem!
I restarted both DisplayFusion and the computer, and neither has fixed the problem. It's not happening as frequently, but it is still happening. I'm considering moving the only thing that I have open on the main monitor, which is Gmail, to the secondary monitor, and then moving something lightweight, like a text editor, to the main monitor, just so that I can see if the flickering continues.

After performing the latest DisplayFusion update, my main monitor flickers. It's very intermittent, and since it's my laptop screen that I only really use for email notifications, it's hard to say what might be triggering the behavior. I'm usually working on the secondary monitor, and I'll see the flickering out of the corner of my eye. However, I have been reading emails when it has happened, but even then, I wasn't doing anything that might cause it to happen.

Other than the normal Windows 7 updates, I haven't installed anything else other than the last DisplayFusion update.

It's not a show-stopper, but it's very distracting. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
