Have you ever used a program that popped up a window that you can't close for an extended period of time, such as a backup program?  For instance: DriveImageXML.  The progress window can be moved around to any monitor, but the window beneath it can't be moved until the backup completes.<br/>

It would be nice if DisplayFusion had a feature that let you move, minimize, maximize, resize, or otherwise access the titlebar buttons of locked windows.<br/>
