<description><![CDATA[Unfortunately it doesn't look like there's a way to programatically tear out a tab, so for now, the only way to do it is to tear out the tab with the mouse first, then you can use the Ctrl + Win + X keyboard shortcut to move it to the next monitor.]]></description>
