It looks like the WhatsApp window height is 512. I suspect that it has a minimum height coded in so when DisplayFusion tries to resize it to 500 (actually 460 when taking the taskbar height into account), WhatsApp is ignoring that and setting it to 512.

Left side: 1720*1440 ; Right side: 1720*940 and under it 1720*500
The taskbar issue occur with the 1720*500 split and I observe it with WhatsApp application - where the text bar for "Type a message" is hidden behind the taskbar
The issue occurs during DisplayFusion startup (reboot doesn't help)

• Split the primary monitor in 2
• Disabled taskbars for splits so that there's a single Windows taskbar spanning the two splits (spans the full physical monitor)
• Maximize a window on the second (right-side) split

For me it stops at the taskbar.
