On the View Ribbon, temporarily turn o 'Hidden Items'<br/>

In the address bar paste this and hit Enter:<br/>
<br/>
%appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Themes<br/>

In the resulting folder, delete the file named TeanscodedWallpaper<br/>

Restart your PC and you should be able to set a new picture as your Desktop wallpaper . ..</ul>

It seems like the problem is Windows and Displayfusion fighting over who has control.

Unfortunately that didn't work.  I feel like I'm missing something, but I'm not that familiar with Windows 10, I hung onto 7 for too long.  Right now I have the default Windows wallpaper set, and then when I open up DF and apply the wallpaper, it changes my background to whatever color I have set as default in Windows.  It's almost like it's turning the images 'clear'.  I'll keep tweaking settings.

I have a fresh install of both Windows 10 and Displayfusion, and it seems like Windows 10 is overriding Displayfusion.  I only see the Windows 10 background, but I see an image from my wallpaper folder in Displayfusion when it is open.]]></description>
