Open Windows File Explorer

On the View Ribbon, temporarily turn o 'Hidden Items'

In the address bar paste this and hit Enter:

%appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Themes

In the resulting folder, delete the file named TeanscodedWallpaper

Restart your PC and you should be able to set a new picture as your Desktop wallpaper . ..

• On the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal" and click Apply
• Try applying the wallpaper and wait for it to automatically revert
• Click the "Export Info to File" button on the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
• Reply with the file attached
• Disable debug logging after sending the log

I still had the issue where when I changed my wallpaper settings in Windows from "Solid Color" to "Picture" it would keep those settings for about 5 seconds and then revert.

I then uninstalled it and tested the wall paper settings and they held.

Reinstalled DisplayFusion and I'm back to the same problem again. If I uncheck "Allow DisplayFusion to manage the Desktop Wallpaper" I can get Windows to stop reverting from solid color to a picture.
