We had discovered a bug in 4.0.1 shortly after releasing it that could cause this issue, and we ended up re-posting it with it fixed. If you're currently running 4.0.1, could you try re-downloading it and installing it from the link below? No need to uninstall first, it will just overwrite the existing installation.

All other programs show up on their respective taskbar, but Outlook for some reason shows up on both and I can't figure out why. Is this a known issue or am I missing something? ]]>
