That would be a workable solution, I think (unless, of course, there was a window for some app in which no buttons fit...).

FWIW, my first suggestion is one implemented in one of your competitor's products ... might still be worth considering. Basically, it would just add to the default Window menu a "DisplayFusion" option that brings up the same options you currently have when right-clicking a HotKey button.

I do like the idea of being able to have multiple actions tied to one hotkey (kind of like "Move window to center of monitor and size to 75%", but with transparency and permanancy, which currently can't be "grouped") ... maybe that's just expanding which actions can be combined in the Settings screen for Hotkey actions. Think of the possibilities ... move window to center of monitor, size to 75%, make it stay in front of other windows, and set the transparency to 75% - all with one hotkey!

Ok cool, good to know. I think I have a solution that may work even better:

In your situation you have 4 buttons configured, but only 2 would fit on the Calculator window. If we could display the first 2 configured buttons (or however many would fit on the window), then you could use them, and you'd also be able to right-click them and run any of the other hotkey actions as well.

How's that sound?

Keith -
1) I have four buttons that I use regularly. I removed two, and the two remaining did show up on the Calculator. If I have 3 or more, they don't show up - probably just don't fit. Which leads back to my feature requests.
2) Windows 7, 64-bit
3) No
Thanks!

I have two buttons on my taskbar - Pin (make a window stay always on top) and Transparency (custom; sets window transparency to 75%).

I recently wanted to pin and make transparent the Windows calculator on top of another app, but when the calculator app launches - no DisplayFusion buttons! Not sure if this is by design (the calculator window is small and can't be resized), but it got me to thinking about some features that might be nice:

1) A way to access some of the hotkeys and other DisplayFusion options from the standard Windows menu (the icon on the left of most windows that generally has RESTORE/MOVE/SIZE/etc. on it when you click it) - yes, I realize I could assign actual keyboard hotkeys, but I tend to think in terms of the mouse and menus

2) A way to combine multiple hotkeys into one (i.e., one button to pin a window AND make it transparent, rather than two)

3) FWIW, it would be nice if the DisplayFusion buttons could come up on the calculator, although the above two options would take care of my particular needs

If these exist and I'm just blind, let me know.

Thanks!
