Thank you very much! Been looking for an easy way to do this!!! I have Oculus Rift + 4 monitors which isn't possible on my GTX 1080Ti so I have to disable at least one monitor every time I wanna use the Rift. .

Now I have to figure out how to disable Nvidia Surround and all monitors except one if I wanna play with the Rift... And an easy way to enable it all again. Problem is I have to enable/disable the Rift (I've made a batch file that does this).

Enable/Disable the motitors you'd like and save the profile. Do it for every profile you want.

Now the tricky part, to quickly change between monitor profiles. Maybe not the best way ever, but it's what I did:

Right click on desktop.

DisplayFusion -> Settings

Functions -> Download Scripted

Download "Select Monitor Profile from Drop-down list"

Assign a hotkey to it, mine was "Ctrl + Shift + F9"

Save it

Now you have your monitor profiles, and can quickly switch between them in a dropdown list by pressing hotkeys.

During the day, I would like the TV turned off.
During the night, I would like both monitors turned off.

Is there a way I can achieve this with Display Fusion? (I have Pro license)

Thanks
