The window won't open. Note I've sent an email with more details.Everything works or seems to, EXCEPT that I can't open/access the desktop wallpaper option. Mis-spelt your name, too, I think. Humble apologies. I was in 9.9 at the time, & a bit pre-occupied. Not sure this is going to work, as I couldn't do a 'Reply' in 9.9 tho everything else seemed to work OK.

There is no error message, and I had done nothing other than try to access this option.

I can access everything EXCEPT the Desktop Wallpaper Option, which seems to be a bit stupid. Defeats the reason for the program. I'll keep trying.
