I'm not sure what else to try, aside from swapping out the monitor itself. Therefore, it doesn't seem to be the USB adapter. It's so random, I can't even determine whether quitting DisplayFusion affects anything. It's only on one monitor, also. It either corrects itself, or I have to move the open window to make it disappear. Everything else seems to be fine. What's odd, is that the left portion of the center window that bleeds over is just a mirror - if I move the mouse in that portion of the center window, it's duplicated. I've never run into that before either, almost sounds like the USB adapter is flaking out. I've not had this problem until very recently. From time to time, and I can't determine what prompts it, the left-most portion of my center screen will suddenly appear in the left screen, like it is split. For that short period of time, the left screen becomes unresponsive to mouse-clicks. I can't seem to grab a screenshot of it either. It's become quite annoying.

I don't have any unusual or highly customized settings.

As I mentioned, I have been running three monitors in this setup since at least 2016 without issue. Any ideas?
