Hi all,

Like the subject states, I am having constant resolution changes with the combination of DisplayFusion and AnyDesk remote software.

My main monitor is in 4K resolution and my second monitor is in 1080p. When I am connected into my PC remotely through AnyDesk, after a few minutes my main resolution will drop to 1080p, I will lose dual monitors (both are still listed but they are mirrored), and I get a DisplayFusion notification that my resolution has changed.

This does not happen when I'm in front of the machine, only when I remote in. Because this doesn't happen locally, I know it's not any fault with DisplayFusion. Most likely, it's AnyDesk not playing fair. However, I haven't been able to get a straight answer out of AnyDesk, so I'm here.

Does anyone else have this combination and the same issues? It's a crap shoot how long I'll be connected before my resolution drops.

Thanks in advance for any insight.

RC
