The issue of it eventually going behind the taskbar is somewhat expected, as we currently had to use a timer to keep it in front. However, we're going to look into it further and see if we can make it behave a little better.

If so, which option did you set in order to get that menu on right-click of the Start button? I only get that menu if I right-click the lower left corner of the screen. When right-clicking the Start button I just get "Properties" and "Open in Explorer."
