Monitor 1 and 2 share one wallpaper (2 is primary monitor), monitor 3 has a separate wallpaper (portrait setting on monitor and it also has the wallpaper name behind the taskbar).

Note that I do not show any info on the main monitor 2.....just 1 and 3.

If I set monitor 2 to show the wallpaper name, it displays properly over the Taskbar, but monitors 1 and 3 continue to display behind the task bar.

Also note that if you select the wallpaper position in the wallpaper settings and select apply, the first wallpaper name will be above the taskbar as it is supposed to be.
