I'm wondering if this issue with TrojanHunter and jv16PowerTools is being caused by Delphi 10 which was used by the developers for complilation ? ?

It did not resolve the problem on TrojanHunter and jv16 PowerTools. They still will not open automatically on monitor 2.

I have looked into these 2 programs, and the reason they don't move automatically is because they are being run elevated as an Administrator, not as your user. As a result, Windows never notifies DisplayFusion about the new windows. Unfortunately there isn't a way for me to work around this. One option for you is to run DisplayFusion elevated as well, but this may not be ideal. <img src="https://www.displayfusion.com/MediaCommon/SVGs/FontAwesome/face-frown.light.svg" alt=":(" style="box-sizing:border-box;position:relative;overflow:hidden;vertical-align:middle !important;width:16px;height:16px;" HelpButtonData=":(" HelpButtonDataAlign="BelowMiddle" />

I can certainly live with the brief flash.  <img src="https://www.displayfusion.com/MediaCommon/SVGs/FontAwesome/face-smile-wink.light.svg" alt=":wink:" style="box-sizing:border-box;position:relative;overflow:hidden;vertical-align:middle !important;width:16px;height:16px;" HelpButtonData=":wink:" HelpButtonDataAlign="BelowMiddle" /><br/>

And thanks for your feedback on 2 and 3.

Thanks for following-up so quickly! Let me see if I can cover your points:<br/>
<br/>
1. I tested a few different ways to accomplish this, and the one that provided the best all-around compatibility was allowing the window to be opened as normal, then using the existing underlying window management code to process the window. This mean there will be a brief flash of the window, but this is a compromise I have decided is best for now. <img src="https://www.displayfusion.com/MediaCommon/SVGs/FontAwesome/face-smile.light.svg" alt=":)" style="box-sizing:border-box;position:relative;overflow:hidden;vertical-align:middle !important;width:16px;height:16px;" HelpButtonData=":)" HelpButtonDataAlign="BelowMiddle" /><br/>
<br/>
2. "Centre on Monitor" is an excellent idea, look for it in Beta 6.<br/>
<br/>
3. I'll test these apps and see what I can find out.

The new Windows Location feature is a very nice addition. <br/>
<br/>
I am some programs set up to open on monitor 2. When I open them, the GUI flashes open on monitor 1 and then quickly moves to monitor 2. It would be nice if the rapid flash open on monitor 1 did not occur. <img src="https://www.displayfusion.com/MediaCommon/SVGs/FontAwesome/face-smile-wink.light.svg" alt=":wink:" style="box-sizing:border-box;position:relative;overflow:hidden;vertical-align:middle !important;width:16px;height:16px;" HelpButtonData=":wink:" HelpButtonDataAlign="BelowMiddle" /><br/>
<br/>
It would also be great if there was a "Center on Monitor" option for those programs where the developer has not learned how to make a GUI window open up at the center of a monitor.<br/>
<br/>
The Windows Location feature does not work at all on <br/>
TrojanHunter<br/>
jv16 PowerTools 2010<br/>
<br/>
They will open only on monitor 1.<br/>
<br/>
If you want to test this, you can download them from:<br/>
<br/>
hxxp://www.misec.net/products/TrojanHunterSetup.exe<br/>
hxxp://www.macecraft.com/downloads/betas/jv16PT2010_985.exe<br/>
<br/>
(I neutralized the above links with hxxp)
