it isnt just the titlebar icons that are missing at the top right. The functionality if manually dragging windows is not working either. i.e. split screen enabled, drag a window into one split and press maximise and it will fill the whole screen. Normally it will fill the split only.

I have reverted back to 9.2 beta 2 and the titlebars and maximising to split are working correctly.
(Although the monitor configuration options page IDs the monitor as 1 (for the full width). From memory, I thought it used to show 1.1 and 1.2 as per splits)

Eventually the taskbars and titlebar function buttons will go away. Not sure what makes them go away again, but I had them working after a PC reboot, then I came back and they were gone. I have them back again right now.
