It was happening if I was typing an email via Outlook 2013 at the time the wallpapers changed on their 15 minute cycle. But since Tuesday and the MS Hotfix installations, I have not had it happen. Are there specific applications that seem to lose focus when the wallpaper changes? Or is it all applications? Monitor 1 is my primary monitor and is a touch screen. My wallpapers are set up as monitors 1 and 2 span one wallpaper and monitor 3 is a separate wallpaper. The wallpapers change every 15 minutes and are stored on my local drive.

When the wallpapers change, they steal focus from whatever I am doing. ]]>
