PowerPoint would need to have focus in order to send keyboard input to it, which would take the focus off of Word. You can do it with a couple of keyboard shortcuts though. When you're in your Word doc, just press Alt+Tab once to switch to PowerPoint, press your next key, then press Alt+Tab to flip back to Word again. I just intalled Displayfusion and I like the extensive functionality. However, I can't figure out if it is possible to control my second monitor, while I'll continue to type in a Word document on my primary monitor. Often, I have a a pdf or powerpoint file opened on my second monitor and it would be awesome if I could skip to the next page or slide, all while being able to continue to type in a Word document on my primary screen without having to use my mouse.
