I figured out the issue though. Turns out that it sees the numpad keys differently depending on if you have NumLock enabled or not, the issue was that my NumLock was off when it is normally always on. If I add a TitleBar Button for a function, clicking that manually does work as expected, it just isn't working from the keyboard shortcuts. ]]>
