I have tested the versions on my site and they are clean. Also, the installer is digitally signed so it can't be tampered with. It is possible that the virus infected the uninstaller exe after it was installed on your computer, or it could just be a false positive. Please let me know a bit more information about when and where you got it from so I can look into it further.
