if I disable the multi monitor taskbar ist didn't change. If I enable it and set it to the 3rd one (in german: Jede Taskleiste zeigt alle geöffneten Fenster an) it shows not on the main monitor but on the other two. On the 2nd one (Windows Taskleitse zeigt alle Fenster, DisplayFusion zeigt nur zugehörige Fenster) there is no icon on all monitors. Could you try a couple of things?

1. If you just disable the DisplayFusion taskbars, but leave DisplayFusion running, does the icon stay on the Windows taskbar?

2. Is that game pinned on the Windows taskbar at all? If it is, could you try removing it?

3. Could you backup your settings (Settings > Options > Export) and send them over?

Make sure to disable logging after sending us the logs, L2 will affect performance.
