So, you can install the latest .NET Framework 4.x, and then replace the *.exe.config files in the C:\Program Files (x86)\DisplayFusion directory with the ones in the attached zip file. DisplayFusion should then target the .NET Framework 4.x when it starts up.

What method did you try to repair it? There are a few things you can try:

• At a command prompt, run sfc/scannow
• Check for Windows Updates, if there are any listed for .NET Framework, install them
• Try removing and re-adding .NET Framework from Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows Features on or off

If none of the above fix it, there's one last workaround that will work for DisplayFusion specifically, so just let me know
