You can do this with a combination of Monitor Profiles, Window Position Profiles, and Trigger rules. You'd want to do something like this:

When the second display is connected and the windows are in their correct positions, save the layout as a Window Position Profile.

When the second display is connected, save the configuration as a Monitor Profile.

In the Monitor Configuration window, click the "Manage Monitor Profiles" button, and assign the Window Position Profile to the Monitor Profile.

Now when the Monitor Profile is detected after the receiver is switched on, DisplayFusion should automatically load the Window Position Profile. Note that you may need to tweak the Window Position Profile a bit (e.g. disabling the Window Title condition for some apps that have file names or page titles in the Window Title)

Hope that helps!

By Switched on I mean -> A state change, from OS detects one monitor to OS detects second monitor

My setup is like this.

Primary monitor goes directly to PC.

Secondary monitor is connected via receiver.

When I switch on/off the receiver, all my windows gets pushed to Primary monitor. The receiver disconnects the secondary monitor for a second.
