An error has occurred while applying your new Monitor configuration.
Error: Failed to call ApplySettings:EnableMonitors.

I have amd rad 6800 graphics card windows 7
2 monitors and a( tv attached to hdmi)
somehow i got it to work and save profiles for switching with key strokes
one monitor would go off and picture would appear on tv..great.
i tried playing around so i could get a game that had to be on main monitor to work..got that to happen then it all went bad..had to reformat my hard drive. NO problem...but now after reinstalling everything i get this error again and i cant get it to work anymore
i got this error the first time too at first no clue what happened that allowed me to make it work the first time
FYI the first time i got it to work i was taking tv hdmi out and in and my brother says that new copyright protections on smart tvs and blurays try to check for copyright infringement etc and that may throw an added error possibilty into the fray
