or is "For the % being wrong after setting it" referring to a different error?

one other problem i am noticing is if i try and set the height to any % that ends in a 5 it will drop it down to a 4. so like a height of 35% or 45% will drop to 34% and 44% respectively. when entering in a pixel count for the height that ends in 5 it functions normally. so like a height of '555' is sized accordingly.

<br/>
1. the popup is no longer respecting the window in which it was requested for. i think it is supposed to default to the center of the respective window. on my multi monitor setup it seems like its popping up on the default monitor.<br/>
<br/>
2. if i use the 'size and move window to the left side of monitor' function for standardization that give a width of 960 and a height of 1050. if i manually type in 50% and 100% it adds size to the width and height making it 974x1057. if i type in 960 and 1050 for precise pixel dimensions it does the same thing.<br/>
<br/>
3. if you have a maximized window the popup box just says maximized and doesn't give you any dimensions.<br/>
<br/>

it is located in the scripts to download area in settings.<br/>
