I also tried to setup a compatibility for this game and it did nothing for it. You can disable the TitleBar Buttons completely on the Settings > Functions tab. Alternatively, you can create a rule on the Settings > Compatibility tab for the game that will disable the TitleBar Buttons while the game is running

Just to note why in case you can fix this, I am using Window Blinds and they are playing nice up until I try and load a game. The game will never load and gets caught in an endless loop when trying to load. ]]>
