Looks like the mouse was the culprit.

Jon, no, it works fine here. I just find it awkward to do the taskbar drag thing. After updating to 3.06 (on win XP) I'm no longer able to drag maximized windows between monitors. It worked in the previous version.

I do have the check mark in the box:
Enable maximized window dragging between monitors

Anyone else having troubles? Any ideas on something I need to do differently?

This is as useful to me as having the task bar on both screens. :)
