Just a quick update, the next beta will prompt you to disable the Windows 8 multi-monitor taskbar if you enable the DisplayFusion taskbar.
I've also confirmed the issue with the tray icon right-click menus, and we'll see what we can do about getting it fixed up as well.
Thanks!

Otherwise, I'm really liking all the improvements you are making. Wow.

I am using the Windows 8 Consumer Preview. Anytime I turn taskbars off, turn taskbars on, turn auto-hide on, or turn auto-hide off, the multi-monitor taskbar just vanishes completely until I restart DisplayFusion.

Also, if I have the default Windows multi-monitor taskbars on, the DF one will appear on top of it (with the Windows one becoming completely blank since they are both set to show relevant windows, and DF makes the relevant windows disappear from the default one). If I then turn off the Windows multi-monitor taskbar, the DF one will just hang where it was, while the maximized windows seem to adjust to where it should be.

e: Additionally, when I right-click on a system tray icon in the DF taskbar, it works fine except for the right-click menu appearing under the taskbar, generally cutting off the bottom entry, This seems to happen with almost all of them with a few exceptions: Origin's will appear above the taskbar and DisplayFusion's will work as it should.
