I have tried many things and found that XFCE allows users to build custom taskbars. XFCE is not a shiny new interface, it looks pretty dated, but it gets the job done. Unfortunately I only run Linux in a few virtual machines, so I don't have much experience with dual-monitor Linux systems. I'm not sure of what utilities would be similar to DisplayFusion.

and need to set up a couple more.

They all have multiple monitors and
the biggest complaint is the taskbar
and launcher.

The taskbar and launchers are nowhere near
as good as DisplayFusion on Windows,
though multiple monitors are pretty common.

What can I do for these Linux boxes?

Has anyone tried DisplayFusion with WINE?

I'm sure other people have been spoiled
by DisplayFusion's features on Windows,
and have some Linux boxes also, like I do.

What are the options for Linux?
Someone suggested Docky.

I prefer to use OpenSUSE, Debian, Fedora,
SUSE, Redhat, (not Ubuntu),
but I'm tired of searching.

And any desktop environment would be fine,
though Cinammon, Gnome, KDE, and XFCE
seem the most powerful.

Or maybe DF on WINE works?
