1. DisplayFusion can't currently help with that issue, but we're hoping to add a feature in a future version that will allow you to save/restore window positions. I'll add your vote to that feature request.

2. You should be able to do this using custom Functions, and Window Location rules. Please see the steps below:

Set your window to the size you want it to be

On the DisplayFusion Settings > Functions tab, click the Add button

Use the target at the bottom of the add window to grab the size/location of the window

Give the Function a name, and save it

On the DisplayFusion Settings > Window Location tab, click the Add button

Select your application

Set the Window Size drop-down to "Run Function on Window" and choose your custom Function

Hope that helps, please let me know if you run into any trouble with the steps above.

Thanks!

I have several applications which I arrange so that their windows span 2 or 3 monitors.

1. Every time I lock the screen and come back later, Win7 seems to insist on resizing spanning windows to fit on one monitor and move them to the "nearest" monitor. Is there some setting in DF which could help turning this behaviour off?

2. When I start one of those applications, I would like them to start at the exact same positions, spanning across monitors. The DF Window Management and Window Location settings do not seem to address this need. Any suggestions?
