That app might be adjusting the alignment in the work area when it's docked. Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do there from our end if the issue happens without DisplayFusion running, but you can use our Desktop Icon profiles to move the icons back to specfic locations after they've been moved. We have a guide on the Desktop Icon profiles here: https://www.displayfusion.com/Help/#settings-desktopiconprofiles

I'm attaching 4 screen captures - "screen 1" refers to my monitor on the left, and "screen 2" refers to my monitor on the right. Look at at the upper-right corner of "screen 1 - before.jpg" and "screen 1 - after.jpg". Note how that grid of folders and text files are aligned in the "before" image, and that they are no longer aligned "after".

On "screen 2 - before.jpg" you will see the placement of the Trillian window. I have it floating over to the right side of the monitor, but not flush to the edge of the display. The alignment issue happens when Trillian is flush to the right, as shown in "screen 2 - after.jpg".

Is that clear enough?

I'm running DisplayFusion Pro 10.1 (Beta 2). I also have Trillian installed. My workstation is equipped with a pair of 27-inch monitors.

I place the Trillian chat interface (list of chat users) on the far right side of the monitor on the right. I have Trillian configured for startup upon booting.

I have found that when the Trillian chat interface is placed in that location, it causes all of the rest of my desktop items (on both monitors) to become mis-aligned. The moment that I drag that chat tool away from the right edge of the screen, the alignment of the desktop (both monitors) falls back in place.

This is manageable, and I'm dealing with it, but wanted to let you know. This is a new behavior in the last version or two.
