I'm wondering if the log was lost, when DF crashed. I can try again, if you want. Might even be easier, if you tell me where the logs are physically stored (so I can grab them before they're overwritten on app restart). This is the Steam version. The errors you saw were possibly because of the funky display configuration it left behind on failure.

In answer to your question, Yes. Here's how they are configured...

4K Theater Display (always set as primary, usually at 1080p@60Htz, and always identifies as 2)
1080p PC monitor (Usually set as extended to the left, rarely mirrors with 2, always at native resolution, and always identifies as 1)
1080p HDTV (Handicapped display, always mirrors either 1, or 2, and always identifies as 3)

I'll give the beta a try, and see if it changes anything. Anything special I have to do to update to it, or just run the installer?
Our latest beta has some updated changes to the way DisplayFusion handles the monitor ID's, so it might be worth testing out. I'll attach the link here: https://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/.

Also, was the primary monitor the same monitor when you tried to load each profile?

Thanks!

5:42p - Load from "Streaming" (one primary, and another extended, both at 1080p@60Htz) to full 3 display mirror was a total fail, instead applying some weird display setting not included in my display configurations. (Primary upscaled 1080p to 4k, but otherwise didn't change the profile)
Requested logs are attached. With there being a success from single display mode, I'm thinking there might be a solution. (That's something the Windows Settings app doesn't do)

Edit: All times are Eastern US

Ah thanks for clarifying. DisplayFusion uses the Windows API to set the monitor configuration, so if it doesn't work there it won't work in DisplayFusion either.
I don't think there's much we can do here, but a log definitely wouldn't hurt.
Thanks!

Attempting to apply a 3-way mirror of 1080p@60, when there are 2 already in this configuration, and the 3rd is just extended in 1080p@60 causes DF to completely stop responding. My only option is to end it from task manager and restart it.

The only way to apply is from Windows settings, or the nvidia control panel.
