I've given the beta a go.  It still has the problem in which if I open the start menu on a secondary monitor, then type something to activate search, search will not work on that monitor (it only displays the black background that would usually say "Start typing your search etc." but without the text ) and on the primary monitor when going back and opening the start menu there. <br/>

Exiting DisplayFusion (and restarting it) doesn't rectify the issue unfortunately. Restarting Windows Explorer does return search to the start menu on the primary monitor.<br/>
<br/>
I don't suppose it's due to the portrait orientation of my second monitor? My setup is as follows:<br/>
Monitor arrangement: 1 | 2 | 3<br/>
Monitor 1: 1920 x 1200 (Centered in my field of view)<br/>
Monitor 2: 1080 x 1920 (On the right of the main monitor)<br/>
Monitor 3: 1920 x 1080 (TV that's a bit further away and not used most of the time)

I have a three monitor setup with the leftmost being my main monitor in the centre, middle in portrait orientation and rightmost a TV plugged in. Let's refer to the main as A and portrait orientation as B. <br/>

Recently when I use the Start Menu's search in Windows 10, the search results appear above where the Start Menu's initial position, regardless of the monitor I had launched the start menu in. <br/>
<br/>
This problem just started recently probably with a recent Windows update. I'm sure it's due to DisplayFusion because during the initial startup before DisplayFusion loads, the search results would appear as normal. When displayfusion is active, this bug occurs. Edit: I've set DisplayFusion to not start with Windows and rebooted. The search menu would display normally after the reboot, but launching DisplayFusion and launching the start menu on the secondary monitor would cause this issue. <br/>
<br/>
The start menu also doesn't always appear on the correct monitor sometimes, especially when I launch it on monitor B and go back to main monitor A - it would launch on monitor B instead.<br/>
<br/>
Edit: Furthermore, sometimes it prevents the main monitor start menu from launching (like when clicking on the icon), or allows it, but search only shows a black rectangle (like right before when search results appear). This doesn't happen on the secondary monitor however.<br/>
