Relatively new issue, and as a disclaimer I am running an Insider build of Windows 10 so this may be caused by the OS. <br/>

I've reset the computer and after reading through a couple other threads I also tried turning off alt+tabbing and resetting DisplayFusion, but the symptoms persist. The CPU is always maxed out and other programs are lagging.
