If you revert the settings to letting Windows manage the backgrounds, does the monitor still go 'black'?

First I'd like to say thank you for creating this software, it's been very useful. I will be purchasing the Pro version soon.
During startups, DisplayFusion will load and both monitors will show the selected background. Just before the computer finishes starting up, the background of the secondary monitor blacks out. Is there something I can do about this?
