I have fixed a few bugs relating to the freeze wallpaper button for the next beta. However, let me explain how this all works internally (I hope this isn't too confusing):

- If the freeze option is enabled via a TitleBar Button or the system tray menu option, the random wallpaper changer won't change the wallpaper
- If the freeze option is disabled BUT an app with the compatibility option set to disallow wallpaper changes is running the random wallpaper changer won't change the wallpaper
- While this compatibility app is running, you can do whatever you want with the freeze option, it won't matter - the app compatibility takes precedence (it may appear broken?)
- Once this compatibility app is closed, the wallpaper freeze option starts working again

Does this all make sense?
