Thunderbird is active and on the top window. (Windows 7)

1. I click on the Thunderbird icon on the DF taskbar a few times to minimize/maximize it. (make sure it is active before step 2)
2. I click on the uTorrent icon on the DF taskbar to bring it on top and make it active.
3. I click on the uTorrent icon again on the DF taskbar to minimize it.
4. Now the Mozilla Thunderbird icon the DF and Win7 taskbar start flashing like something has happened in that window, but nothing has.
5. This doesn't happen with the normal Windows 7 toolbar so I figured you'd want to know. ]]>
