Sorry for the late reply! I was able to modify the code to get it to also adjust the height, and I've went ahead and changed the code to resize the window to what you mentioned above. Here's how to get it into DisplayFusion:

Download the file attached to this post
Open the DisplayFusion Settings > Functions tab
Click Scripted Function > Import Scripted Function
Select the file you downloaded in the first step
Give it a key combination and click OK
Optionally, select it, click "Toggle TitleBar Button" (to add it to the caption bar of every application)
Click Apply and test it out

Hi Thomas. I like this script, thank you. I have a 4k monitor, so I'd like to resize the centre window a little bigger, say 2560x1440. I can change the desired width in your script, but can't seem to change the height. Any advice?

Oh, I just noticed, sometimes it goes to the wrong screen. Odd.

2-screen setup: 4k on the right, 1080 on left. Set monitor to '1'.

ps Adobe windows will maximise on all monitors with 2 splits then return to the original split. I don't know if app will capture this if it can and its useful let me know and I'll record it

It sounds like something to do with scripting might not be working on your computer. Would you be able to send us a debug log? Here's how you can get that to us:

On the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal" and click Apply
Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
Click the "Export Info to File" button on the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
Reply with the file attached
Disable debug logging after sending the log

Hi Mate, tried different numbers as suggested results the same. infact all builtin functions that move & resize windows dont work. attached troubleshooting file

Hi Peter,

To get the script to work correctly for your setup, you're gonna have to change the code a little bit. There's a variable on line 19 that looks like this:

// Monitor index from left to right. -1 = primary, 0 = leftmost, 1 = one to the right, etc //
/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
int targetMonitor = -1;

You'll need to change the "-1" to another number. Since your setup is a bit complicated, you might need to play around with this value until the windows position themselves properly on the monitor you want.

Hi I'm running the abvoe function
I have 3 monitors setup & run 2 splits on each monitor
when i use the function the window goes full screen this works on all monitors
when i use the function to toggle back to the split the window was in, the window starts to minimize, disappears then returns to full screen mode
