I got this bug since I plugged/unplugged a extra screen, and modified the windows properties of the display options.<br/>

I tried disabling DF (shutdown of the service, killing process), and the bug is no longer here, but as soon as I restart DF, it reappear)<br/>
<br/>
Rebooting computer do nothing<br/>
Tried to upgrade to beta 8.*, same.
