I just recently purchased display fusion and I really like the features, but I'm having a terrible time with performance. When I boot up it's okay for a few hours, but by afternoon trying to navigate and access taskbars and windows gets very laggy and choppy, then everything slows down. Display Fusion will start taking up upwards of %25 of the CPU. When I play certain videos on amazon instant video with Chrome the whole machine looses it's mind. It gets stuck in and endless loop of various monitors going black, then coming back up, then dinging like they disconnect, dinging like they reconnect and so on. It never ends and I have to restart my machine. Last but not least the native windows task bar seems to randomly change between 3 of the monitors. One day it starts on one, the next time I boot up it will be on another.

I've got an i7 proc, 16 gb ram, SSD, running Windows 7 Professional.

I'm running 5 displays so I understand that is a lot. Two through an HDMI Pluggable USB video adapter\dock. One is a portable USB. The other 2 use the HP display port directly on the laptop.

I'm sure I need to provide some kind of diagnostics. New to Display Fusion and the forums. Please let me know what I can provide to see if these issues can be resolved.

At this point it is so unstable and laggy I will have to abandon Display Fusion and maybe try UltraView if I can't resolve these issues.
