I'm getting this error messege when trying to change monitor presets:

An error has occurred while applying your new Monitor configuration.
Please check your settings and try again.
Error: Failed to call SetDisplayConfig. [HR: 31]
[System.Exception]

It started after I changed my videocard and updated drivers (GTX970 to RTX2080TI).
is there a known solution for this issue?
