A question on this.. your solution works great.. except for apps that like to package themselves in version folders.
For example Discord. It's filepath changes every update, i.e.
"C:\Users\cars10\AppData\Local\Discord\app-1.0.9008\Discord.exe"

such that after each update the trigger no longer works.
If it could look for a specific executable name, this would be solved.
Is there any way to do that?

Thanks!
