I seem to have achieved what I wanted by using "wrap mouse around top & bottom monitor edges", which has meant the cursor reappears at the bottom of my main screen rather than wandering off onto the third screen. What if you have the monitor overlap a bit in the monitor configuration screen, like the screenshot I posted? This way, the mouse will only move over if moved in the upper right corner, but still allow you to move it over if needed.

If that doesn't work for you, you can try using the "Lock / Unlock mouse cursor to current monitor" function, to prevent it from moving over, although I understand that may not be ideal.

I think the easiest way to do this, would be to open up the Monitor Configuration window. You should see all 3 of your monitors shown in the main window, and you can click and drag the monitor where you would like. If you drag it up, so its not touching another monitor, it should prevent the mouse from moving over to that screen. I'll attach a screenshot as well to show you what it should look like.

I am not using it for anything else and the last thing I want is my mouse to wander on to it when I accidentally move to the right of my main monitor.
